Offers Free Fitness Classes

Saturdays - Beginning March 8th
7:30AM – 8:30AM

Join the Health and Wellness Ministry in a series of health and fitness classes scheduled bi-weekly beginning March 8th. The classes offered are ZUMBA and Circuit Training. Classes will run from 7:30AM until 8:30AM every other Saturday.

ZUMBA – It’s Fun – It’s Fitness – It’s Zumba!

Zumba is an exhilarating dance form of exercise for just about anybody and everybody! Tired of routine workouts? Zumba helps achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and beats.
This training is limited to 50 participants.


CIRCUIT TRAINING - Take a Shortcut to Fitness With Circuit Training

Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It works well for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination.
This training is limited to 40 participants.
