Baby Dedications
Baby dedications take place on the second Sunday of each month during the 11:00 am service. Spaces fill quickly, we ask that you submit your requests as soon as possible with the desired date. Please email your request to the Church Secretary churchsecretary@mtennon.org or call 301-856-2170 ext. 129.

Baptism
Baptismal Service, one of the ordinances of the church, is held on the Second Sunday of each month immediately following the 11:00 am service.

Benevolence
To receive an application or inquire about the process or status of an application, please email assistance@mtennon.org  or call 301-856-2170 ext.120.

Bereavement/Comfort
The church provides comfort and support to members and their families after the loss of a loved one (i.e. spouse, children, parent). Facilities are available for funerals and repasts for active members. Please contact the Church Secretary (churchsecretary@mtennon.org) or call 301-856-2170 ext. 129 for more information.

Counseling
The Heart to Heart Ministry serves as a ministry that provides biblical counsel, Christian care and effective resources for individuals seeking assistance. We offer individual counseling, marriage counseling, and support groups to aid with the spiritual and emotional development of our congregation and community.

Contribution  Envelopes
All members are assigned an envelope number. If you are a member and have not been assigned or do not know your envelope number please email Member Services memberservices@mtennon.org or call 301-856-2170 ext. 137.  Members, who currently use the Online Giving feature on our website or Text to Give, may opt out of receiving offering envelopes online at by clicking here or email memberservices@mtennon.org.

New Member Orientation
At MEBC, our goal is to see that each New Disciple has a firm foundation on which to build, and is established in the Word of God so he/she can grow and experience a life of victory in Christ Jesus. New Disciples must complete orientation as a part of the member process (as a part of the process of becoming a member). Please consult the New Disciple Orientation Schedule for dates and times of the sessions.

During this session, new members will receive a general overview of MEBC; our beliefs, history, vision, and mission to help new disciples get oriented.

Please help us keep our Membership Records up-to-date by using the Member Update Form found at the Member Services Station in the Narthex or by clicking here to let us know if you have moved, changed telephone numbers, address, and e-mail addresses and/or other contact information.

Weddings
Members desiring to have their wedding at MEBC must first register for premarital classes before any dates can be confirmed or marriage services can be provided. Couples must complete ALL premarital classes before a wedding at MEBC. The Weddings Ministry assists members in simplifying their wedding plans; they will work with you and your wedding planner to ensure your wedding activities are successful.
